Where to begin... heater was so loud I couldn't sleep and an engineer was called to my room. He removed filthy filters from the heater, which made the room quieter. I slept fine until the super thin walls allowed me to hear my neighbor on a conference call at 4:30 a.m. like he was sitting in my room. Ordered room service for breakfast to be delivered by a specific time so I could eat before the class I was there to take. Had to call when it was late and then the staff forgot half of it. Sink was clogged. Missing towel hook. General lack of maintenance in the hotel. Staff misplaced my luggage being held at the front desk - they found it, but super unprofessional. My bill was over $500 for two nights and a lame breakfast.

What an incredibly fun place to stay.. Each floor has a theme. Rooms are halls are decorated with the theme. Clean rooms and halls. Amazing warm cookies and a great on site restaurant. Right across from the Theater district..
