I stayed at this hotel in October 2019 with my spouse and 2 small kids. Overall, we were pleased with the hotels facilities, staff and services. The biggest plusses of this hotel are:
* Easy access to nice beach
* Nice and clean pool areas
* Good pool and play area for kids (the playground needs repairs though)
* Polite staff
* Nice rooms
However, there are also some minusses, that causes us to try another hotel next time:
* Rooms have insufficient cleaning
* The food variety is almost the same every day - especially 90% of the grill area. After 4-5 days, you don't look forward to the buffet anymore
* The hotel is very remote with no shops nearby - and there is no free shuttle service from the hotel to the nearby city
* The kids pool have no shade during the day
* Kids pool seems to be cooled down
* Snack bar has no delicious food
It's not unlikely at all that we at some point in the future would stay here again - but we'll probably try one of the other nice hotels in Belek next time because of the small minusses.
PS: Be very aware with the hotel doctor. My wife had a simple diarrhea, for which she needed a doctors statement for insurance and some electrolytes. He tried to fraud her to get hospitalized by claiming he could hear through his little stethoscope that there was something terribly wrong with her spine and internals. He was very insisting - both to me and my spouse - and tried to scare us. He insisted that she should have a CT and MR scan at the hospital. These happens to be very expensive, and I have no doubt that he gets a cut from the hospital when he brings them patients. We couldn't help to laugh at his efforts: We have doctors in the family - and our insurance company already warned us, that this is how Turkish doctors scam western tourists. Needless to say she was perfectly fine again after a few days and no western doctor would ever try to CT scan her.
But I find it unacceptable that the hotel operates as a middle man in this scam - getting a cut of the doctors fee for unethical work.

Amazing hotel. Rooms clean and tidy. Enought space. Friendly staff. Beautiful area around. Fantastic animation team. Nice drinks and coctails. Little bit disapointed about food. But anyway would like to come back again.
