Clean, cozy and perfect location

Greeted by Grace who was warm and friendly. She offered us great suggestions for eating and a buzzing bar atmosphere at night. Will stay here again because it’s close to North street with Market Place coffee house, Methuselah cocktail bar and Mission. District and Flavours were delish!

Comfortable hotel but seemed short-staffed

Very nice rooms and lovely breakfast good Wi-Fi. The hotel seemed short-staffed, though: the staff were doing their best but there were too few of them to cope on reception or in the restaurant. Very strange showers: a lot of us had to ask for instructions on how to use them! Overall, a nice hotel.
