outrageous prices in hotels Starbucks

They charge almost double any other Starbucks and remove the labels

A latte is almost twice the price as a Starbucks 3 minutes further up the road
I wanted to buy a Starbucks mug as a gift and noticed they charge 24.99 and remove the labels from the underside of the mugs

Up the road the same ones are 14.95

When asked the assistant abruptly said “we are in a tourist area and said they can charge what they like”

They were just serving me when I walked off in disgust and was shouted at as they had started to make the coffee and I didn’t pay...

Absolutely appalling they should be allowed to get away with this ...

My advice is walk up the road to Drummond road Starbucks where you will receive better service and realistic prices

booked this hotel last minute for my daughter and I. Right from the booking process I was impressed, staff was excellent, when they learned I was booking for my daughters birthday the left a gift for her in our room! Attached to water park so really convenient and on site parking! Close as you ca get to everything else! Room was more than adequate for our stay!
