Staying at the Crowne Plaza Fort. Myers at Bell Tower Shops is necessary for us this time because it is closest to our town house, and 5 to 10 minutes walk. It is our first time staying here. Meagan, the front desk staff, has helped me a lot, first with late check in, then I asked to extend my stay for 2 more nights, then adding 1 more night. While Meagan told us about breakfast hours, she also took the time explaining about my status being an IHG club members, she tells us still has 5 minutes to catch the happy hour, great snacks and drinks is served on 5th floor, follows with fresh baked cookies. Chantay is great, she made you feel at home, relax in your own kitchen, she is a friend. Just glad to have had a reliable, wonderful, staffs for a few days here at the Crowne Plaza Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops. No doubt this hotel will become my first go to selection and recommendation when family and friends come for a visit during winter.
