In my travels, my expectation of high-end hotel chains is just that "high-end"! This one does not completely live up to what is most common among these types of chains. I started to give 2 stars; however, I increased it to 3 because there are "some" staff who made ensured my week long stay was truly comfortable. Trina is one of the guest experience coordinators who made sure all my needs were taken care of every time I saw her. It is employees like her who make the inadequacies of the hotel worth the trip.
Issues incurred:
- front desk personnel did not give me any information reference what elevators to use for my room (they have 2 sets)
- no information on the gym
- no information on parking or their shuttle service
- no information on the restaurant (breakfast options, etc.)
- no information on the local restaurants
- hair dryer in my room did not work and when I asked for another (they brought one and left the broken in my room)
- they did not clean my bathroom counter
- they have a gnat issue
Pros:
- they have an awesome club lounge with daily appetizers, snacks, water, juice, sodas, wine, beer and a microwave
- you can view a beautiful sunset from the club lounge
- local restaurant staff is amazing
- lobby workspace area is awesome
- lemon water available all day
