Excellent Event

We held a seminar in the Juniper Suite on November 12 2019. The staff [Chloe and Beverely] could not have been more helpful. Beverely met us on arrival and ensured that we had everything that we needed including a steady supply of coffee and tea! Chloe offered much needed assistance with technology which very much appreciated!!
The buffet lunch was plentiful and delicious.

Overall the profesisonal service and friendly attitude of Chloe and Beverley ensured that this meeting was a real success and as a consequence I would have no hesitation in recommending the Crowne Plaza to anyone planning an event.

Needs improvement

We decided on this hotel as we like to make use of swimming and spa facilities. We were thoroughly disappointed with the freezing temperature of the pool and the fact that the jacuzzi was connected to the pool by a gap making it pointless. We decided to get something to eat at the River Bar and after being seated for 20 minutes we gave up and walked out. The WiFi and network coverage was mediocre at best.
