Crown Paradise sits next to the sister adult-exclusive resort. The marina is a short walk away. Its focus on creating quality family vacations extends throughout all areas, even to the accommodations. Family rooms offer more space with mountain views and a balcony. A kids’ area houses a bunk bed, trundle bed and separate television. Standard amenities are included in the rooms, including air conditioning, coffee makers and cable television. Five restaurants offer distinct ambiences and dishes from around the world. An activity program chocks days full with back-to-back activities for guests of all ages. At the pools there is a pirate ship water park and a castle with nine waterslides. Families can hang out and the game area or visit the playground. Baby Paradise, Kids Paradise and Teens Paradise are separate play areas for kids to enjoy activities targets to certain age groups.

We just returned from a weeks vacation. We arrived on a Thursday around lunch time and room was ready. However when we arrived to our room, we found out that it had 2 double beds and the room smelled very musty. I went back down to the front desk and asked for a different room, one with a king bed. After spending 20 minutes going back and forth they upgraded us to a suite with a king bed. This was far more than I expected. We were told that all standard rooms have 2 double beds only and the family rooms have the king beds with bunk beds. Keep that in mind when choosing your room. The rooms are old and dated, but they are clean. Food -We were disappointed with the buffet. There is not a lot of choices and a lot of the food was very spicy, and there were no warnings telling you that. The al a carte restaurants were amazing. We especially liked the Italian restaurant. Hugo and Enrique will go out of their way to serve you! There is one adult pool with a jacuzzi hot tub. This pool could be cleaned more often. Lots of things floating in the pool. If you have kids, the kids pool area is amazing. Your kids will have a great time there. There 2 other pools. One has activities going on in it, however we found it hard to participate because they were only in Spanish. We spent most of our time at the beach and adult pool. The sports bar has a smell to it that almost knocks you out when you enter it. It has 1 pool table, air hockey that doesn’t work, ping pong table and fooze ball. There is also a small theatre that plays kids movies at night. They also have video games for the kids to play. However it only opens at 6 pm. The shows at night are good. But the location of where they are is hard to find. You have to leave the resort and walk down and across the street to find Nitro Club. We finally found it on the 2nd day. Other than the nightly shows, there is nothing to do. There is no entertainment in the lobby or anywhere else in the resort. The grounds are beautiful, however they could use more staff to clean public areas. We found that guests are lazy and don’t clean up after themselves. Leaving food and drinks for the birds to eat. Overall we did have a relaxing trip and the staff was vert friendly.but I don’t think we would return.

We were disappointed in our return trip, second time this year and so much change. The general cleanliness of the resort washrooms was sub standard with many facilities less than minimal public standards with missing toilet seats, non functional faucets, and feces on the walls. Most staff were disinterested in providing customer service. We were informed there was a charge for extra water beyond 4 bottles a day, even if you had 4 people in the room. The ala carte restaurants did have welcoming staff and meals but the buffet was tired and missing some basics like bacon.
