Great location, clean hotel, great staff, but...When you are paying these prices for a room, I expect decent internet service without having to pay extra. Today too many people rely on the internet, especially for work. I travel enough to know what can be expected in most hotels, not only in the US but in Europe. The connection to WiFi in this hotel is below standards unless you pay extra.

Presidential suite very outdated. My biggest problem was the front desk. I arrived late Friday evening with my bridesmaids, the night before my wedding. There were several people watching us unload all of our wedding stuff and not a single person came out to help. We eventually went inside and asked if they had a cart of something we could use. The man behind the desk exclaimed IM NOT A BELLHOP. is this how your customer service works here?? He was extremely rude. He finally came out to help me but did not introduce himself or welcome us to the hotel in anyway. I asked if there was valet to which he begrudgingly relied NO but said I could park OVER THERE. No where specific just pointed out into space. Once in the room, the front desk stated they COULDNT FIND EXTRA TOWELS and also did NOT have access to a roll away bed. Will never be returning to this hotel due to this employees garbage behavior. I recommend to those looking for a place to stay to stay ANYWHERE but here!
