Booked a room for a night with points, 12,500 of them. Arrived late in the evening, complimentary parking was plentiful and located in proximity to main entrance. Hotel staff was professional and courteous. Was given a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was spacious, particularly the bathroom, and nicely appointed, with tasteful decorative touches. Everything looked clean and fresh. The large desk was easily accessible and provides two surfaces to work on. Four outlets were available around the desk for connecting and charging devices, and another two outlets were found next to the two queen sized beds. The desk chair was not particularly comfortable, but not too bad for half an hour or so of work at a time. The mini fridge is useful, hidden away in a cupboard under the coffee maker. The wardrobe is a bit narrow, but can fit 4-5 coats/garments, which is mostly sufficient. The beds are very comfortable, semi-firm (which I personally favor), and there is a choice of two kinds of pillows, one firm and one soft, both fluffy. The room was quiet and remained quiet throughout the night, even with the elevator at close proximity. The heater was low key as well, resulting in a peaceful and relaxing sleep. Overall very satisfied, would definitely book again in the future when in the area.
