Friendly staff and good value

We stay at this hotel often-the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff at the Bistro is particularly great. Shanoca is sweet, friendly and a great ambassador for this hotel.

Rooming with Bugs

Was in the room 3 hours and noticed the small bugs covering the desk. Called down they agreed to send someone up - 2 hours later no one. I call back down and was told someone came up and said their were ants. No one came at all. Awful customer service and room full of bugs. I don't care what they are - I don't want a room with bugs. Stayed here for the convenient location for a business meeting across the street. Not worth it - will be notifying the company so they stop sending people here. So close to my Titanium level - not worth rooming with the bugs.
