We stayed here for a weekend. I had requested a room away from the elevator and ice machine and it as far away from both, so that was great.
The beds were very comfortable and there were pillows with different fillings - so you could find something you liked. The room was clean and well appointed. I made use of the coffee machine to make tea and used the microwave and mini fridge. Both worked fine.
The bathroom was nice and had both a typical tub/shower combo as well as a standalone shower which was nice and large.
We did not eat onsite, so I can't comment on the restaurant.
We did go to swim in the pool, but found it too cold. Ironically, the hot tub was too hot.
Overall, everything was very good and I would stay here again - hopefully the pool will be warmer next time.

Frequently stay here when traveling from the Greater Toronto area to visit relatives living in Ottawa. Bistro meals are fairly good, particularly if you are in the mood to just hang out at the hotel, although a little pricey given the portion size. Always greeted with a “welcome back” and appreciate the little touches provided by management. Have yet to use any of the amenities as we usually just need a comfortable place to sleep before/after visiting with family. Find rooms and beds are excellent.
