Unbelievable as it may seem we found a homemade sandwich left by a prior guess underneath the bed comforter! We did a late check in (7pm) so they had plenty of time to clean and have the room ready. To bad my daughter didn’t notice when we went to bed, we will have left immediately! She realized something was on the bed at 2am! Needless to say the worst hotel experience we ever had can’t shake the gross feeling of sleeping on dirty sheets!. Manager apologized, said he needed to conduct an investigation... isn’t management supposed to know which employee was working on that floor/room? Promised to call us back but never did. Very dissatisfied.

Very clean Courtyard! Anthony and Christopher at the front desk checked us in, and their banter was really friendly and funny. We had a slight problem with the AC when we first got in the room, but they had their maintenance man Kenny come in and it was resolved in less than five minutes. Everyone in the restaurant was amazing. It was just a really great stay overall! Love the staff!
