Location was ideal for easy access to the subway, yummy eats in Koreatown and walkable to Hudson Yards. Rooms were shoebox sized but clean. But our visit was tainted by an unpleasant experience with the staff. When we waited after checkout to check our bags for the afternoon, the staff person who came to pick up bags didn't bother to ask who was waiting longest. He immediately checked the bags for a white couple and told me to wait even though we had been waiting longer...not very professional.

Great location, room updated with higher ceiling. Very difficult to communicate with front desk staff at check in, I think his name is Sheen (not sure about the spelling). No recognition for Titanium Elite Member.
