The hotel is very good, great location and very nice room too, new but small. As it was a business trip and I was alone, the room size was ideal, but if I were with my husband it would be a little tight. The service overall was good and the cleanliness excellent. I asked for an early check-in, when I arrived the room was not available, they said I would have to wait another 3-4h for the room to be ready but offered to leave the luggage stored. After 1h-1h30 the room was ready and they sent me a message through the app warning. It was not an early check-in at the time I requested, but they fulfilled the request and it seems that they did their best to release the room as soon as possible.

Stayed four days over a weekend with my daughter and friends and their kids.
Good location, clean, and friendly staff.
Ease to access sites from hotel and lots of restaurants, and short walk to sites and Central Station and Madison Square Gardens.
Rooms are clean and a
good size for NYC, room washrooms are a good size too.
Breakfast and coffee set up great.
I’d stay here again.
