Memorable Grandfather’s 80th Birthday

We were spending 2 days in New York City to make one of my grandfather’s dreams come true on his birthday. We booked a large 2 queen room for 4 adults and were amazed to see how clean and spacious the room was, with sweeping 28th floor views (extra large windows) and excellent service by the front desk. I mentioned the occasion to Keisha at the front desk and she was kind enough to give us all breakfast vouchers. Rooms with 2 queen beds are hard to come by in NYC and the rate was excellent compared to other hotels that were offering only doubles. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to all major midtown attractions so we were able to explore everything in 2 days. Great experience! Highly recommended!

The room was lovely- clean and large

The room and location was perfect. The check in/ concierge employees were the worst I’ve ever experienced. They always seemed cranky and would look past you to help people that came later than you did! The guys who checked in the luggage were friendly. I’ve stayed at many Marriotts in Canada and the US and this is the first time that I had consistently bad service - never had a complaint before!
