Best assets are the location and that it is pet friendly and the fee for having a pet in the room is less than a lot of the Marriott properties. The rooms were kind of small. Also the hotel didn’t have mobile key available which I found surprising since a lot of the lower end Marriott brands are all now doing the mobile key.
