From 3 to 4 am a truck unloaded hotel supplies under our window. Noise from the hydraulic lift going up and down was constant along with the noise from the transport cart being used. Called front desk at 4am and complained. Was advised that I would be awarded 2000 extra points due to disturbance. I wanted sleep not points.
They put profit above guest comfort. Room 383 terrible stay.

The room gets 4 stars . It was an adequate room that was thoroughly cleaned, at a reasonable price. The Bistro and all the hotel staff gets 5 stars. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of food at the Bistro. Super convenient to grab something to eat. Breakfast selection was excellent- lots of healthy choices that were well prepared. And coming in at the end of a long day, just wanting a drink and something light to eat, again the food selection was very good (we chose flat bread pizza) and their bourbon old fashioned was as good as any we have had. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lounge area near the fireplace was comfortable to visit with friends. I would definitely stay here again.
