This hotel is not quite as Immaculate as the pictures on their website. Not horrible, BUT not extravagant!
My family and I visited family in Tampa and chose to stay at the Courtyard Tampa Westshore/Airport hotel based on prior reviews and photos. Here are a few pros and cons...
PROs- close to two malls and decent food establishments, and the hotel rate is reasonably priced
CONs- in a dead-space (a few businesses, open dirt lots, vacant buildings, etc.); dated hotel; overwhelmed musky stench upon entrance into sleeping rooms, and a few dusty appliances throughout the room.
Consider the above before booking so you won't be blindsided. However, it was doable for one night.

We decided to stay at this hotel the night before we flew to Portland, OR. Conveniently located near the airport with Free Shuttle Service. We had the parking package which was slightly more that just a room for the night, but for the 8 days we were away, it was still cheaper than parking in the onsite long term parking deck. The rooms even though close to Dale Mabry Highway and I-295 were absolutely QUIET with very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and there is food and beverages available, but we opted to go out to dinner.
