Great trip. Clean rooms! Great food at the bistro and the airport shuttle was a plus which was also able to take us to nearby restaurants and shopping. Will always stay here when visiting Oklahoma City!

Not the best

Poor platinum award stay.

- Front desk employee only guy on staff - too busy to assist with a room conditions need.
- Mattress in room 131 is in desperate need of replacement to avoid funneling bodies into the center of the bed.
- We’re generally on-board with Marriott’s move to reusable shower containers of shampoo and soap - but hey guys....this only works if you refill / replace them. Soap container empty.
- Final kicker - toenail clippings and dirty carpet.

Courtyard - I know you can guys can do better. Get after it.
