The hotel, amenities, and room were excellent. Grounds were exceptional and river view was enjoyable. However, I was disappointd that nerither of two flag poles had our Nation's flag flying. Disgraceful

I've stayed here several times and will only stay here when in New Braunfels. Great staff and great customer service. The bar/bistro staff is very friendly and accommodating. The front desk ladies are very friendly and greet you when you come and go.
