We spent two nights there recently. It was convenient for the meetings we had in Indy.
Would we stay there again?
Maybe.
I do not think we received enough value for the money we paid.
The desk staff was friendly/helpful, as one would expect. The room was clean. That is always good.
The shower temperature was extremely hard to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold.
It is not a new hotel and its age is beginning to show.
It had been a while since we had stayed in a Courtyard. I did not like the fact that there was no free continental breakfast... especially for the price of the room.
The more I think about it, no, I do not think I would stay there again. There was nothing special about it. I am sure we could find a better all-around stay for less money.

Good example of why Marriott have an excellent reputation. Clean, Tidy and efficient. Rooms are comfortable although you do get a little noise from people moving around at night. Location is outside the city which makes having Transport essential, that said quick shot into town and you are at the heart of Indianapolis. Breakfast is disappointing however with no Vegetarian or Vegan options and when I asked they looked at me like I was an Alien!
