Great location...Terrible Night Noise

This is in a great downtown location (walk to most everything) but close to fire/ambulance station and all night bars.
Couldn’t sleep at night (Thur-Mon) due to emergency alarms, people parting and car horns. It didn’t get quiet til 4:30am every night.
Will NEVER stay here again!!!

Chicago Marathon Stay 2019

I cannot praises this hotel enough, brilliant location everything was so close by, we walked to the Marathon start line which was super. All the sights of Chicago were within walking distance. The hotel itself was super, super clean with amazing friendly staff, Gentleman at the front door was so great, Ronnie, he made our stay so good, I’ve never come across such a friendly helpful man, hotel are blessed to have him, truly mean this, every time we stepped out the door he gave us directions to where we were going, only for him.
Rooms were a great size and the biggest bonus was the bath ???? room was cleaned every day.
We ate at Bill’s restaurant a few nights too, it’s part of the hotel, food was fabulous. 5* from Ireland ????????
Thank you all for a great stay, I will definitely be recommending your hotel and will definitely be back.
