Okay this place is just out of this world! We spent four nights and five days at the Courtyard and honestly we wish we could have come sooner. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. There was a problem with our room and on arrival the manager paid for us to have drinks in their cafe while they sorted the room out. In the end as we waited an hour the manager upgraded our room to premium. This was located in the quiet area and was simply out of this world. The room was big and the area we were in very quiet. It had a pool view, balcony with chairs and a walk in shower with no tub. We simply were amazed. The bed was massive(king size) and super comfy. There’s also a wardrobe in the room etc. Everyday housekeeping would make our room and leave notes with elephant towels. Special thanks to Bagi our housekeeper who put a smile on our face. Each evening we would also get turn down service and come back to the room and find the curtains closed and bed turned down. The staff constantly made sure we had no need of nothing all around the resort. The restaurants had great food. We sampled all three on site and couldn’t fault the food or service. Our room included breakfast and I have to say we were impressed with the selection. I recommend the donuts they are like nothing I’ve eaten before. There are three pools on site but for us the one on the MVCI was the best as it was a normal pool and right in the sun. What can I say? This place was just amazing and we would definitely return. The customer service was superb and I can’t find fault with anything! Keep doing great Courtyard

It was my first time in Nusa Dua, and although the area is manifactured to attract international tourists, the courtyard marriot nusa dua was an excellent establishment.

The staff from front desk made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a platinum member of marriot loyalty programm.

The location of the hotel is 5 min drive with the hotel's mini bus to the nusa dua beach and also same distance to the bali galeria foodcourt / open air mall.

The hotel is luxury and safe (nusa dua complex) and has an amazing pool lake style ideal for small children and couples given the fact that the size of the pool and the costruction of it gives the required privacy to couples.

The room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast was sufficient although i wish there where more vegeterian options.

Overall i would recommend this hotel to honeymoners, families with small children, and friends'groups.
