The Boulder Courtyard was a welcome oasis after a hectic day of shopping in Boulder. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Boulder. There is something refreshing about a college town. The Courtyard motel fit our needs for a cool place to relax after a busy day. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was ver friendly and professional. An excellent place to stay. .

The staff really do make a strong effort to make you feel welcome and valued. Thanks for that!
The hotel itself is like most mid-range hotels in the US, with the nice addition here of a real office chair and desk to allow for some work to get done - great. Yet it seems more money was invested into the large and slim TVs in the room than into bathroom design or even sound insulation. In my room, I could easily hear any conversation in the hallway or neighboring room, and the sound from TV commercials travels at least 2 rooms. This is deafened by the freeway and railroad traffic less than 200 feet away, plus the loud A/C unit. The hotel is apparently aware of these noise problems, since they place a "sleep-aid kit" in the room = ear plugs and herbal tea.
If you value great staff over silence, then this is your place.
