This has to be the oldest standing Marriott in the U.S. Although the lobby is updated, the rooms are old, musty, and uninspiring. The tv is super small (maybe 24”) and is placed on a stand that is leveled with the bed. Make sure you sit on the bed to watch tv cause once you lay down, it’s a wrap. The patio is deplorable, it has an old patio chairs and the area is full of old leaves, dirt, and black mold. The interior design is lackluster. The wallpaper design on the wall is unfortunate and the fridge is randomly placed on floor next to the desk. Some of the staff was friendly but that’s about all you’re going to get.

As a Marriott Freq. traveler I look for their properties first (but do check reviews for those hotels I'm considering). I found this Courtyard to be everything I expected:
Nice and quiet / clean room.
Friendly and professional staff.
I had a fine night here. Would stay here again next time through town.
