Great stay at County Inn Suites

Check in was easy - but it was not lined up - we had booked 2 rooms and both were available when we arrived. We booked King one Bedroom suites and they were great - especially with the 2 grand kids - Pools were good - but chlorine was high - gym was not great - it was hot - tvs didn't work - I did not report to staff - breakfast was fabulous - the ladies there go out of their way to clean the tables and keep everything stocked - sausages, eggs, waffles, french toast, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juice, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, etc. Breakfast buffet is fabulous
It is very close to Menards and Target - in fact shopping is all very close - we ordered pizza from the the Pizza Ranch next door and had it delivered as we were watching the CFL semi finals in the room -

Mishandled

Poorly handled from the initial check in. Didn’t have a room available. After 15 minutes got us a room. Was awaken at 7 AM by housekeeping trying to get in our room. Front desk said we checked out. Came back that evening and our keys didn’t work. Front desk said we checked out again. Got billed for an extra room because they said we had two rooms and we didn’t. It was just messed up from the start. Still trying to get refunded the extra room we did t have, and the $40 incidental charges. And the shower head wouldn’t turn on.
