From the amazing front desk staff to our fantastic double queen family room with a beautiful view of Spirit Mountain it was great. Much better than I expected from a Best Western, a chain I usually bypass. The breakfast is complimentary and hot, the usual fare for its category. I felt like I was staying in a lodge and not a hotel.

Multiple family members stayed in different rooms for our weekend trip to Duluth. We thought our room was well appointed, clean, comfortable considering busy location. We could not hear interstate traffic, only the train. A few of our group were not thrilled with the breakfast, however we didn't eat it. The only problem we had was that our bathroom sink didn't drain well. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Price of room was reasonable for location. We would stay here again.
