Fun weekend

Where were in Wilmington for the weekend celebrating my husband and daughters birthday. Normally we stay with mainstay suites. I decided we should try something different. I am glad we did. Customer service was excellent, perfect location, clean well stocked rooms. Wonderful place to stay.

Good for the price

I ran the Battleship Half-Marathon, and I needed a clean, affordable place to stay for the night and Country Inn and Suites did not disappoint. For the weekend, the hotels downtown were around 300.00 while Country Inn and Suites was only 100. It is only 10 minutes away from the downtown/riverwalk area and 10-15 minutes away from the beach. The room was clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful. I also like the fact that I was able to get a free breakfast before my race. It is a basic breakfast, but is all I really needed. If you need a clean and affordable place to stay, and you don't mind driving a little bit then this is the place for you.
