I called during the afternoon, to advise of a late night arrival, and requested a room away from the elevators. Upon our arrival at approximately 4 AM, the new person at the desk advised I didn’t think you were coming. When I said I called, he said there was no note. I was given a room right next-door to the elevator and told it was the last room available. Obviously we were awakened by people going to breakfast early in the morning. The day manager tried her best to make it right and offered to move us. However, we were pressed for time and couldn’t spend it changing rooms. She did accommodate a late checkout for us and apologized profusely! Mattress sagging in the middle, in need of replacement. Room smelled musty.
