This hotel was the best hotel I have went to in a long time. The manager was excellent and the front desk was very helpful. It was very spacing even thought we had a regular room. And the covers of the room was comfortable and also the bed was too. Room 209 was a nice room and also 312.

Summerville does not have enough hotels, so the existing ones here are very busy.
When we checked in, the staff did not know what to do. They gave us the wrong room and did not honor our reservation. The phones in the hotelrooms do not work. so we had ro go down to the front desk and get re-assigbed to the right type room.
The nexr day we went out at 7 am and returned at 7 pm. Our room had not been touched. The staff was cleaning and restocking the empty rooms first. So, every day we have to go down to the front desk (since we can't call) and put in our room order for linens, towels etc.We asked for consideraetion but have not heard back from anyone so we are chrcking out early.
