Overview

Located between downtown Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix, this airport hotel features a free airport shuttle and parking. The shuttle service will pick up and drop off guests at the Light Rail located at the airport.

There is free Wi-Fi, free hot breakfast, free cookies and coffee or tea in the lobby. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub where guests can relax with a book from the Read It & Return Lending Library, which includes children’s books. Pets are permitted and there is a fitness center. There is a guest laundry on the premises and the Inn Case Market, in case guests have forgotten something they need.

Roughest Toilet paper ever.

If you plan to stay in this hotel, bring your own toilet paper (or use the Kleenexes provided) because the toilet paper they provide is like sand paper. Also, ask for 2 bars of soap at check in because the staff only places one tiny bar of soap for use in the sink and shower, ask for coffee for you room because there is not any provided unless you ask

I stayed two nights here on a recent junket, one on the front end of a trip back East and a second night on the back end. This facility is friendly and clean, providing a shuttle service to Sky Harbor. They even let me leave my truck in the lot while I was gone! You can't put a premium on a decent place in PHX with easy airport access. My only suggestion would be to clean the carpets in the hallways. Otherwise, this goes to the top of list if I have to fly out of Sky Harbor. Recommended!
