This hotel canceled my pre-paid, 3-night reservation because I missed check-in due to travel delays. My flight from Florida to Los Angeles got in late, and my rental car was canceled due to overbooking. By the time I got a new car and got to the hotel area, the staff informed me that my reservation was canceled "by their system" even though I had pre-paid for the entire 3-night stay. They refused to let me check-in on the original reservation, and only offered to have me re-book at more than DOUBLE the rate that I originally paid. The staff, including the General Manager, were extremely rude and inconsiderate. I've filed an official complaint with corporate. In the end, I had to stay at another nearby hotel (Hampton) and ended up spending more money than anticipated.

This hotel advertises that it has "free parking". That is the ENTIRE description of their parking. My family drove 22 hours from Canada to stay at this hotel, in our truck and pulling a small cargo trailer.

Now the hotel has banned my family from parking in their lot. They are trying to force us to park on the other side of a busy multi-lane road. They say we can't park in their lot with our truck and small trailer. Period. So now everyone has to go back and forth across this dangerous road instead. I cannot believe this is actually happening, but it is

If they have rules and regulations about which of their guests can park there and which cannot, they need to POST those regulations prior to hotel bookings being made! They can't simply impose their arbitrary rule AFTER we have checked in and stayed overnight the first night!

We are horrified at being treated with such complete lack of care by the MANAGER of the hotel, Yani. My husband tried to talk to her, but she has NO interest in the fact that she is ruining what was supposed to be a happy family holiday.

I would avoid this place! They obviously don't care about their guests.
