Great hotel, great stay. Inoperable pool at time of stay. Accommodations for a family of 5 with 2 queens and a sleeper was perfect. Loved the door that separated the bedroom with 2 queens from the couch/sleeper.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews and its rating and Trip Advisor was right. This is a nice hotel with a good value. The rooms could use some updating as the carpet is worn and the bathroom shows wear. The staff was great. We arrived and the refrigerator didn’t work and the hotel check-in person came up to our room to fix the issue. My daughter and I chose to check out early as our stay ended early and the staff was more then willing to accommodate. The location and proximity to the highway and downtown Knoxville was very convenient. The breakfast was good and well stocked and staff person in there was very friendly. I would recommend and would stay there again.
