I won’t be returning to this hotel because it’s too much of a hassle getting to the hotel from the airport. All the other hotels have shuttles arriving at the transportation center at least twice an hour. This hotel will only come to the airport on the quarter hour IF you call to request it. The last time I was here I waited an hour for the shuttle because someone else had phoned the hotel. Today I waited an hour and called the hotel to ask when the shuttle would be here. I was told that the next one would be leaving the hotel on the hour. It’s lovely having to wait another hour. If my reservation was not non refundable I would be on my way to a different hotel.

Another hotel that has poorly constructed floors. I was on the first floor and starting a little before midnight, what sounded like an elephant moved into the room above me. Lots of loud stomping and occasionally something heavy being slammed on the floor (which was wood and not carpeting). It finally let up at about 2 in the morning. I just *knew* they were going to be up for breakfast. Yup. The stomping began again at 7am. Not really interested in paying $130+ for the "privilege" of not getting much sleep. The bed was quite comfortable too so the noise factor was a real shame. Absolutely would never even consider staying here again at any price.
