Situated in Boston’s lively Back Bay, the Copley Square Hotel provides a more refined experience while located in the center of incredible dining, shopping and Boston culture. Though the beautiful accommodations will be hard to leave, Boston is truly just outside the doors. Whole days can be spent exploring the shopping and dining of the adjacent Boylston and Newbury streets. If just two streets aren’t enough, the Copley Square Hotel is just over a block to the nearest T station to take you even deeper into the city. Grab the family for a night out on the town, maybe even seeing your favorite team at the TD Garden or Fenway. Easily explore the parks and squares of the city, such as Copley Square, the Boston Common and many more. The Copley Square Hotel is then the perfect place for refined travelers who are looking to bury themselves in the culture and sights of Boston.

This was our first visit to America and therefore our first experience of an American hotel; we were not impressed. The beds were small but quite frankly even if they had been bigger, the quality of sleep you get from external noise would still be terrible. The hotel is opposite a warehouse for a supermarket which started its deliveries at about 4.30am - reversing lorries beeping, banging, crashing, revving! The next night there was loud music coming from the hotel and drunk people literally screaming outside, cars picking up etc - horrendous!! There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room and no bar - just a soulless, empty shell of a room (which looked like it had once been a bar) where you had to eat breakfast as there was no room in the lobby area! Breakfast was odd - hard boiled eggs( but no toast), dry croissants, selection of cereal bars, hard pears, yoghurts and a selection of cakes ( although the cake was nice, I don’t want cake for breakfast!) At 5pm you could collect a small glass of free wine - sadly this did not make up for the rest of the stay. I cannot see how this is a four star hotel?! Staff were not overly welcoming , the first member of staff you see is a parking valet who was hunched over his station on his phone! Thank goodness Boston was a fabulous city but I suggest strongly that you look for a different hotel!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast daily which was very nice. The staff excellent with addressing any requests. A little pricey but that's Boston! Would stay again and recommend.
