Overview

Contenta Inn is a hidden retreat tucked away in the oaks of Carmel Valley. This modern inn offers modest accommodations close to all of the local attractions. It’s only a 12-mile drive to Carmel-By-The-Sea and 15 miles to Monterey. The two-queen room sleeps a family of four and has its own private patio. Every guestroom features a mini-refrigerator as well. The inn surrounds a large outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. Around the property are gardens filled with citrus trees. A continental breakfast is available from 8 to 10 a.m. every day.

Beautiful weekend at Contenta Inn - Carmel Valley CA

The location in perfect - easy walk to all the amenities Carmel Valley offers, good food, fine wine and fun window shopping! The inn was perfect, spacious property with a pool, BBQ grills if you want to cook, hot tub. Beautiful trees everywhere. Coffee and breakfast available in the sunny cafe kitchen area. Valerie is amazing, managing this property and the adjacent Blue Sky Inn, making sure all the guests were happy and everything needed. Will stay here again!

A very good deal for a quick girls’ trip to Carmel Valley. Hotel was just up the street from many wine tasting rooms. Valerie was great, welcoming and friendly upon check-in. Rooms were older but clean and comfortable. The only cons were 1. the heater didn’t work 2. the porch light was burnt out so it was very dark at the front door when we came back to our room at night and 3. The hot tub was lukewarm.
