My husband and I had an incredible stay at the Conrad London St. James. We traveled from the U.S. and requested an early check in (8am). When we arrived, we were greeted by Zabit at the front desk who was truly exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, promptly addressed our needs, answered all of our questions, and even though our room was not ready he made alternate arrangements so that we could shower and get on with our day's activities. Zabit even gave us a tour of the hotel and took us to our room. We were very impressed by the customer service we received from him. The location of the Conrad is simply unbeatable: you are across the street the Tube, and within a 2 minute walk to Westminster Abbey and Parliament! Since we were only in London for a few days, location was critical, and the Conrad delivered. The rooms were also spacious and well-appointed, and the turn-down service was excellent as well. We were very pleased with the Executive Lounge space and breakfast. The manager of the Executive Lounge (I did not get his name) was superb. He even brought us a Darjeeling tea used during the Conrad's afternoon tea- which was fantastic, by the way. Thank you so much to every at the Conrad for making our stay special!
