I had never been to Wilmington NC before so I took the weekend of October 18th off work to explore a new place. Comfort Suites in Wilmington was above my expectations. I really enjoyed myself. Located in a very good area too. I arrived kinda late but check in was very fast & simple. Jose & Ej greeted me as I walked in with outstanding customer service. The room was amazing. I felt very welcomed my whole weekend. I’m a choice privileges member so I thought I could have a 1:00pm late check out as I requested Friday night & was told yes.. but Sunday morning housekeeping walked in 5 minutes after the 11am checkout unaware if I was still in there. I told her that the front desk gave me a late check out & she said she didn’t realize that. When I went to the front desk & asked about my late checkout the woman told me noon is the latest they could do. (questioned that but no big deal). I don’t complain about too much but for the people who do- front desk should inform housekeeping about late check outs OR have housekeeping give the guests longer than 3 minutes past check out time to be out of their rooms. That was a little annoying but not enough to ruin my weekend. I suggest to all travelers to stay a couple nights at this property for a quick relaxing getaway weekend. You will not be disappointed. I will be returning to Comfort Suites.

Our 1 night stay went well. Room was clean. Check-in was easy. Good WiFi. Breakfast was good. We had a cheese omelet and bacon, and me and my wife shared a waffle. If you want some pizza, check out Agostino’s.
