Stayed for two nights while in town to watch a hockey game with a travel partner.
From the moment that Keith checked us in it was evident that the staff interactions are important to management. Everyone including the house keepers were very friendly.
The room is comfortable with a nice sitting area. The bathrooms were designed well with a coffee machine in the room. We also had a mini fridge.
The hot breakfast was a real treat. I've been to many hotels that offer this but I'd say this is by far the best experience and I've spent 100+ days in a hotel over the past two years.
The only complaint I had (and I didn't let anyone know at the front as nothing could have been done) is the construction site next door. They were running air nailers and a machine with a backup alarm at 7:30am on a saturday morning. I suspect that if you were staying on the west side of the building you wouldn't hear the noise but it was loud and woke me up.
Overall this is a new hotel and was a good experience. Staff was friendly, the hot breakfast was excellent and the accommodations were perfect. If I'm in town again I'll be staying here.
