Great Customer Service

I currently stay at the Comfort Suites in State college for business and wanted to recognize the staff ( Nikki, brandon, joe, heather & staff) for there friendliness, dedication, and hard work to keep the suites very clean and attractive. I would recommend this hotel to new guests that are looking for an overnight stay in the area. I am always treated with respect and laughter and they should be recognized.

What can I say but thank you!

When your child gets sick away from home it is a scary thing. As I head down to Penn State, I proceed to call the Comfort Suites, State College. Michael answers the phone and tells me not to worry, we have a room, it will be ready when you get here and we have a special care and concern rate. Of course, any help is always appreciated! I pick up my daughter, check in and take her to the Medical Center. She had pneumonia! We hunker down and I get her better. During our 4 day stay we were always asked if we needed anything(from the entire staff), given water bottles, etc. How can you not love and appreciate the kindness that the Comfort Suites always provides? Clean room, friendly service, great breakfast, a home away from home! Thank you to Lisa, Michael and the entire staff! I am very appreciative of the incredible service that you all provide, each and every time I stay there.
