We work in this area a lot and have stayed in this hotel at least 20+ times. It’s was never the greatest but it was convenient enough and we got our reward points for staying there.
The last few visits have been steadily downhill.
This place is just plain dirty.
It reeks of mold in the hallways and rooms.
The breakfast ranges from ok to disgusting (old eggs, stale bread)
The side door has literally been broken for three years and won’t lock (SECURITY HAZARD!!)
The dealbreaker is the staff. Night staff (mostly local college kids) is fine but the day staff including the owner are awful.
Corporate policy is to allow late checkouts (meaning 12 noon) and we always ask when needed for that.
You couldn’t believe how rude this staff is about giving us the extra hour. Like threatening to charge us for another night. Telling us “they don’t care” if we stop staying there.
Well, if your staff is cool with losing a customer that stays 4-5 visits a year, you got your wish. We out!!!

I never write reviews. However, I was extremely dissapointed in my stay here this weekend. We stayed 2 nights, and on our last full day we came back to the hotel around 9:30 PM to find our room had not been cleaned at all. Now mind you, we are traveling with my 19 month old so this included dirty diapers that were left all day, as well as crumbs from said toddler's snacks, sand in the bed, ect. Long story short, I keep my own home very clean and when I returned to find our room untouched, I was frustrated. I asked the front desk if there were any other rooms we could switch to, as it was too late to clean and the room wasn't the greatest- sink wouldn't drain and bathroom appeared dingy. The reply was "I only have a few left but I can give you trash bags to take out your trash". I also had to ask for bags to take out wet towels and then proceeded to clean my hotel room that I paid very good money for at 10 PM at night. I asked if I could at least get a discount for my efforts. Front desk said they would talk to management and get back to me in the morning. Explained situation to morning front desk clerk, she apparently called management and then proceeded to tell me my room was in fact cleaned. So now I'm a liar- (and the do not disturb sign was NOT on my door- we left the room by 9AM that morning) I have photos and who would make this up?! I was offered $10 off my bill of $300 since I booked on Orbitz. What a joke. I still can't get into contact with management. We are return customers to this hotel but will not be back. I hate how much time I wasted on this but hope that it will help someone else to avoid the same frustrations I did.
