Comfort Suites not Sweet or comforting!

First visit. Fast check-in. Friendly reception, aromatic, tidy entrance, seating area and marketing machines stocked with supplies. Elevator was functioning appropriately. Stench of cigarette smoke in hallway of 2nd floor.
Room appeared tidy on entrance. The sofa/bed, double queen beds (true sized queens), large modern bathroom, with handicap shower bench.
*Bedding stained.(see attached pics). Pillow cases and sheets dirty. Called down and received replacement bedding.
The breakfast was a full continental breakfast.

We probably would not return to this facility ever again.

We traveled to Pelham for a nearby wedding and the opportunity to visit friends. The staff at the Comfort Inn and Suites was fabulous. They were polite and helpful and wanted to ensure that our stay was great. Our room was clean and well stocked. The bathroom was sparkling with everything that we needed. The breakfast had many options and the staff made frequent checks and prompt refills during the busy Saturday morning rush. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would bring our family again.
