The hotel is right near I-95; easy access on and off. Good rates for members. The clerk was very nice--sorry I didn't get his name. Very clean property. Very clean room; high beds for a short person; nice shower. I can only assume the property was being worked on as there was a filthy plastic cover on the outside of our window.

We are from Ocala and usually stay with family but recently we were there for 2 nights for my father in law’s funeral and found it easier to stay in a hotel. The staff at this hotel from front desk, to breakfast attendants to housekeeping were all friendly and professional. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and best of all it was quiet. Never heard neighbors, slamming doors, elevator, etc. the parking lot is well lit. The grounds are kept up. On our second night when my husband was looking for the local paper to get the obituary to give to our children’s school to excuse their absence the front desk clerk explained they didn’t receive the paper or have a machine but she looked up the obituary online and printed four copies. That level of customer service meant a lot to us on our difficult day. The one and only “complaint” if that is even the correct word would be that the biscuits and the gravy served our 1st morning (different offerings the next day) were awful. I hate to throw away food, I had to. Maybe if they contracted with another company for biscuits and gravy it’d be better!!! Would definitely stay here again, thank you!
