You’ll love the over-sized family suites at this budget hotel in the heart of Lubbock. A family of 6 will be more than comfortable in a suite with two king beds and a full sleeper sofa in a separate room. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, plus plenty of counter space. You’ll appreciate the large bathroom with two sinks for those busy mornings when everyone is getting ready to go. Comfort Suites serves up a free hot breakfast that includes eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and more. Each night, the manager hosts a Happy Hour where drinks and snacks are available for guests. Kids will love the outdoor pool, even if it’s a bit on the small side. Other amenities include free wi-fi and laundry service. The hotel shares a parking lot with several family-friendly casual restaurants so you don’t have to go far for dinner.
The Comfort Suites are centrally located on what is known as the South Loop of Highway 289, which circles Lubbock. This makes it easy to get anywhere in town in a matter of minutes. The campus of Texas Tech University is a few miles north, where you’ll find trendy shops and restaurants that cater to the college crowd. Drive a little further to begin exploring the historic downtown district, including the Buddy Holly Center, the Silent Wings WWII Glider Museum, and the hands-on Science Spectrum Museum. Also close by is the National Ranching Heritage Center, an amazing collection of authentic old west buildings and equipment. With its central location and huge family-friendly suites, Comfort Suites makes for a great stay during your big vacation to Lubbock.

A quick run to Lubbock for a wedding found us looking for a hotel close to the wedding venue and this fit the bill. We arrived before check in time but they did have a room ready for us. It was on the second floor and they had no elevator so they knocked a little off of the price that we originally booked at. Nice. The pool is small but tidy, the room are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fairly typical and good enough. The staff was super friendly. It is for that super friendly staff that I give the excellent rating.

Stayed overnight during s two day drive. Very comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast hit the spot to start day two of our drive. Beds were comfy and the location was easy to find. We got a great rate for the value we received. We would stay here again.
