Perfect Visit to see Fall Leaves

First let me say Shyann at the front desk was so helpful throughout our stay with information and recommendations of things to see and do. Great bed and nice variety of items for breakfast each morning made for a very pleasant visit. Very good location and amenities available here and nearby.

Great Traverse City Hotel

Location is central to anything you might want to do in Traverse City. The rooms were very comfortable. Soft sheets and towels. Refrigerator. Microwave. The jetted two person tub in the room, not the bathroom, was a nice addition. Housekeeping was very understanding when my husband needed to remain in the room for online meeting.

The breakfast contained a great variety of hot and cold items. They were always well stocked, even before they needed to be.

Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

They offer a shuttle to downtown which we did not end up using, but thought it was great to have that option available.

We needed an additional hour at checkout due to an online meeting. They were more than gracious in accommodating us.

I would stay here again on a future visit.
