Nice modern hotel set in a perfect location for the Falls. Very quick check in and free parking pass provided in large car park in front of hotel (local parking $25 per day). Our room on 5th floor but good lift service and never had to wait more than a minute for a lift. Room was large with 2 double beds an armchair plus desk and chair, large TV and fridge. A nice ensuite with a good shower over the bath. In lower ground floor is a large breakfast room with lots of table and chairs and a very good hot and cold buffet selection. Hotel location is fabulous being literally two minutes walk to the falls and the departure point for Maid of Mist boat trips. Also only a short walk to the Rainbow Bridge which is a pedestrian and road crossing into Canada. Nice parkland area by the falls and along the river. Town centre also nearby.

As far as I could tell, this hotel was the closest to the Falls and attractions on the New York side. We were literally across the street from the Niagara Falls Park and then a short walk to the falls. The location was perfect. We did not move our car for the entire two days we were there. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful about the attractions and breakfast was great. There is even a gift shop onsite for post cards, which they mailed for us at the front desk. Our room was thoroughly cleaned the second day while we were out sightseeing. I would have paid more for the great location, but the budget friendly price was a bonus.
