Great little hotel within walking distance of top attractions, but a short walk away from the noise of the city. I came with a friend and my daughters to celebrate my birthday and we all had an amazing time.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable, not at all cramped and have everything you need - iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, tv etc.
The buffet breakfast was a real bonus too and saved us time and money. Hot & cold breakfast selection, lots of choice and a great waffle maker too. Hot drinks available 24h at reception, just help yourself. We were even offered hot cider and cookies when we returned early one evening to get ready for a Theater night out. And the Ambassador Theater was only 5/10 min walk from the hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in NY and all agreed the Comfort Inn was a great place to stay. Can't wait to come back.

The location is fairly close to Broadway shows. This area of Hell's Kitchen is quickly gentrifying...there is construction everywhere, especially close to this hotel. Nearby place to eat: Landmark Tavern for dinner; Sullivan Street Bakery for a pastry and expresso breakfast. Hotel breakfast is included, but very standard, and coffee was not good. Staff was not trained well to handle the two a.m. fire alarms. (There was no actual fire, thank goodness.) Room layout was fine. Though extremely small, we had everything we needed.
