Very disappointing overall. Key card only worked about half the time, several of the vending machines and ice machines were broken. The room and bathroom were small, cramped, and dimly lit. The area seemed sketchy at night and the food within walking distance was disappointing. However, the icing on the cake was when the morning shuttle driver, John, launched into a controversial and frankly crude political discussion on the way to the clinic. It was inappropriate and added extra stress on the morning of my family member's surgery.

On the positive side, the room was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable despite being small. Breakfast was okay.

Great Hospitality and Welcoming feeling from Mrs. Chantay and Mrs.Deepa also good clean rooms.Great location for everything you need. Stores and bars very close by really great. Great prices as well.Will visit again.
