This hotel has pros and cons. I've stayed at several Comfort Inns in southern Ontario in the last few years, and found this particular one had noticeably more worn out furniture, carpeting, and mattress than other ones that charge a similar price. I had booked a second floor room but we were given a main floor room (not a big deal, but still not what I had booked). The couch in the room had very visibly worn out and icky looking seat cushions, and one of the first things we did upon entering the room was we turned the cushions over. The mattress was not very comfortable, although not so bad that it interfered with sleep either. The bottom line is aspects of the room have been left to get too worn out, and while the general decor itself is acceptable, it seemed to be past time for new carpeting, couches, and mattresses to refresh the hotel. Despite those aspects of the room being worn out, the general cleanliness was alright. The bathroom was very clean.
The service from the woman at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. The free wi-fi worked well, and the fridge and climate control was functional. We felt safe in the hotel, and noticed a sign that said "No guests after 10pm", so the hotel management seem to try and ensure that disruptive late night room parties won't happen. We experienced no issues with any abnormal amounts of noise.
We went down for breakfast at close to 10am, and there was still plenty of typical Comfort Inn style food (breakfast sausages, yogurt, toast, eggs, bread, juice, coffee, etc) to be had.
The hotel is conveniently located near highway 410 in central Brampton, and there are restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away.
This particular area of Brampton seems pretty tired and depressed. We went for a 20 minute walk west down the main road, and it looks like many of the retail buildings in the area were built 20 or 30 years ago and strangely not painted or maintained since then. There's a higher than usual amount of sketchy people and low-end businesses around the area.
If you're just looking for a safe hotel to crash in, and don't care about immaculate decor, newer furniture, or a vibrant location, this hotel will get the job done.

Booked online. Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. Ac worked great. Very comfortable beds. Went for breakfast at 9:45 and there was still a lot to chose from, and hot. Check out was also easy. No problem at all. Felt safe.
